The N.C. Sli High School Scholars Program is a comprehensive leadership development and college preparatory program for Latinx high school students in North Carolina’s public education system.

Beginning the summer prior to their sophomore year, Sli Scholars participate in a three-year program that helps them explore and grow their cultural, college-going, and leadership identities. Throughout the program, they engage with their own personal development as well learn the “nuts and bolts” about the college admissions process. Ultimately, Sli Scholars engage in a transformative experience that reframes how they think about themselves and the world.

Sli Scholars receive year-round support that includes the following:

Mentorship and Support Network
